Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store them in a cool, dry place, preferably in the provided Ariel's Jewelry pouch.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, every purchase is covered by a 6-month limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
