Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original velvet box and shipping carton, ensuring all diamond certificates or promotional gifts are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
